The amazing Kevin Brooke has been busy writing a YA dystopian novel. Luck for me he is a fan of my work and so said “do you fancy having a go at a cover by Friday?” [note: one week away]
Sure thing, learning to work to any deadline is a freelance business’s strength. The truth is… i gulped and said i’d give it a try but quality may be effected in a short deadline like a week. Never fear the God of Art sent a muse and to be honest after reading the story [because i’m a lucky girl and get a copy ahead of everyone else] it wasn’t hard to feel the tone of narrative.
This was a good start but it will all be changing again soon as the story and cover are being redone as we speak.
